Directions
- Cook Lamb Weston Beer Battered Fries according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy. Keep warm while preparing dips.
- To serve, arrange hot fries on a platter. Serve with bowls of Bier Cheese Dip, Pub Mustard, and Creamy Pickle Dip on the side. Garnish dips with fresh herbs, shredded cheese, or a drizzle of mustard for presentation.
Ingredients
- Lamb Weston® Seasoned 5/16" Thin Regular Cut Beer Battered Fries
- Bier Cheese Dip, (see recipe below)
- Pub Mustard, (see recipe below)
- Creamy Pickle Dip, (see recipe below)
Bier Cheese Dip
Directions
- Grate cheese, whip in food processor with cream cheese.
- Combine red pepper, onion, garlic, and beer in sauté pan and cook until vegetables are tender and beer is slightly reduced.
- Add cheese mix along with other ingredients. Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Serve with Lamb Weston fries.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. gouda cheese
- 16 oz. cheese, cheddar
- 12 oz. brown ale
- 1 Red pepper, minced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. mustard, dijon
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
Pub Mustard
Directions
- Toast mustard seeds in sauté pan.
- Pulse in spice grinder till cracked but not powdered.
- Mix the toasted seeds with the remaining ingredients cover and allow to sit overnight.
- Whisk until well combined.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mustard seeds, yellow
- 1/2 cup mustard seeds, brown
- 1 cup mustard powder
- 1 cup brown ale
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup vinegar, apple cider
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup mustard, ground, stone
Creamy Pickle Dip
Directions
- Combine everything but pickles, blend until smooth.
- Fold in pickles and adjust seasoning to taste.

- 3 cups pickles dill, fine dice
- 1 cup pickle, brine
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup vinegar, white
- 1/4 cup dill, fresh
- salt and pepper, to taste
