Place butter in sauté pan, turn on medium heat to melt. Whip in pumpkin and add salt. Add sirloin filet and spoon mixture over top. Turn after 2 minutes. Continue to spoon until desired temperature.
Place mashed in center of plate, top with sirloin. Place veggies around the mashed potatoes and garnish with fresh thyme.
