Raspberry Jalapeño Popper Cream Cheese

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese, bacon, jalapeños, green onion and bacon fat in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix using wire whisk to combine until light and airy, then gently fold frozen raspberry crumbles into mixture until well incorporated.
  3. Store in an airtight container.

  • 1 1/3 oz jalapeño(s), fresh, seeds and veins removed, finely diced
  • 1 oz onion(s), green, finely sliced
