Red, White & BBQ Fries
Directions
- Deep fry Fine Coat crinkle cut fries at 350 degrees for 3 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Heat a pan and cook bacon until crisp and roughly chop once cooked.
- Heat brisket according to packaging directions, if using pre-cooked, and set aside.
- Divide fries between serving bowls and top with brisket, chopped bacon and cheddar cheese.
- Finish by drizzling ranch dressing over each portion and serve while hot.

- 400 g. beef, brisket
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, honey chipotle
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
- 1 cup cheese, cheddar , shredded
