Roasted Sausage & Sprouts
Directions
- Rinse and trim the sprouts and cut in ¼ segments.
- Rinse and cut the tomatoes in ¼ segments.
- Place sprouts, tomatoes and frozen sausage in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Upon desired tenderness of sprouts, remove and plate with drizzle of balsamic glaze for garnish.

- 16 oz brussels sprouts
- 6 oz Compari Tomatoes, quartered
- 1 oz oil, olive
- 1 oz salt and pepper
- 1 oz Balsamic Glaze de Modina
