Roasted Sausage & Sprouts


  1.  Rinse and trim the sprouts and cut in ¼ segments.
  2. Rinse and cut the tomatoes in ¼ segments.
  3. Place sprouts, tomatoes and frozen sausage in a bowl and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Roast in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Upon desired tenderness of sprouts, remove and plate with drizzle of balsamic glaze for garnish.


  • 6 oz Roma® Hand-Pinched Style® Italian Sausage, Sweet Mild, Coarse-Ground
  • 16 oz brussels sprouts
  • 6 oz Compari Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 oz oil, olive
  • 1 oz salt and pepper
  • 1 oz Balsamic Glaze de Modina
