Roma® Margherita Pizza


  1. Spread the pear tomatoes and sauce on prepared dough.
  2. Top with sliced mozzarella, fresh basil leaves, salt and black pepper.
  3. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted.


  • 8-10 large leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
  • 6 oz Piancone® Tomatoes, Imported Italian Pear
  • 1/2 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 8 oz Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella, (sliced)
  • 16 oz Roma® Dough Ball
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
