Directions
- Place lettuce in salad bowl and spread all other ingredients over lettuce.
- Cook skirt steak to medium and add to salad.
- Place lime wheel on top of steak and serve.

- 6 oz Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Skirt Meat, Cleaned and Peeled
- 3 oz cheese, Chihuahua, shredded
- 4 oz Contigo® Salsa, Fire Roasted
- 2 wheels lime(s), charred
- 4 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Arcadian Harvest Blend
- 3 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Rainbow, caramelized
- 3 oz Roma® Olives, Black, Sliced
Skirt Steak Marinade
Directions
Soak the steak in the marinade over night.Ingredients
- 1 bay leaves
- 1 tsp garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp McCormick Culinary® Cumin, Ground
- 2 each Peak Fresh Produce® Pepper(s), Jalapeño
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper, each
