Salsa Macha Sunrise Dippers
Directions
- Cook fries to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Combine yogurt and garlic in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and season with salt to taste.
- Poach eggs to desired doneness.
- Plate yogurt in thin smear on bottom of the desired dish, top with eggs, salsa macha, and parsley.
- Serve with fresh fries.

- 3 oz. Lamb Weston® Stealth Fries® Potato Dippers®
- 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
