Sausage Apple Mini Muffins

Directions

  1.  Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together milk, applesauce and egg until well blended.
  3. Stir in all-purpose baking mix and sugar until moistened. Then add chives, apple, cheese, and sausage.
  4. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. After baking, drizzle with apple butter.

  • 2 tbsp Applesauce, cinnamon flavored
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 cups Baking mix, all-purpose
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup Apple, Honeycrisp, diced
  • 1 cup cheese shredded, cheddar, sharp
  • 1 lb Burke® Cooked Breakfast Sausage
