Seared Ahi Tuna & Avocado Salad


  1. Heat oil in medium saute pan, season tuna steak with salt and pepper or Asian spice blend, sear steak on both sides for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from pan and let rest.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the next five ingredients, add Avocado Ranch Dressing, and mix well, then plate.
  3. Slice seared tuna steak into 1/4 in. strips and place on top of salad alternating each with slices of avocado. Sprinkle wonton strips over salad, drizzle Avocado Ranch Dressing and serve.


  • 1 tbsp oil, olive, extra virgin
  • 1 steak ea. Ahi Tuna, 4 oz.
  • 2 cups greens, field, mixed
  • 1/2 cup cucumber(s), English, halved, bias cut
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, sticks
  • 1/4 cup edamame, shelled
  • 1/2 cup tomato(es), grape, halves
  • 1 ea. avocado, halved, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Wonton strips, fried
  • 4 fl oz Ken's® Avocado Ranch Dressing
