Shredded Carrot Salad

Directions

  1. Shred the carrot on the coarse side of a box grater and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Use immediately.

  • 2 1/2 cups Carrots
  • 5 tsp. oil, sesame
  • 2 1/2 tsp. white sesame seeds
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, ground, to taste
