Shrimp and Scallop Mac and Cheese


  1. Place butter in pan and melt, add parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs, set aside. Place heavy Cream in sauté pan and turn on medium heat. When come to a slow boil add cheese blend and whip until smooth.
  2. In a different sauté pan add olive oil and add scallops and shrimp to heat and cook until 9/10 way done, then add to cheese mixture. Add Cavatappi to sauté pan and toss to coat evenly with all.
  3. Add mixture to desired dish, top with bread crumbs and toast to golden brown then plate and serve.


  • 6 oz Assoluti® Pasta, Cavatappi
  • 3 oz Bay Winds® Scallops
  • 6 oz cheese shredded, Monterey Jack colby blend
  • 1 tsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter
  • 6 oz Nature's Best Dairy® Cream, Heavy
  • 2 oz panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 oz Roma® Cheese, Parmesan
  • 3 oz shrimp
