Sirloin and Blue Cheese Salad


  1. Cook filets to order and then slice.
  2. Toss greens with dressing and place on entree plate.
  3. Arrange steak slices and pear slices on top of greens. Sprinkle with toasted pecans and serve.

  • 3 pear(s), (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup(s) pecan halves, (toasted)
  • 1 radicchio, head(s), (chopped)
  • 1 Cup(s) Roma® Dressing, Blue Cheese
  • 1 Cup(s) spinach, fresh baby
