Smash Burger Fries

Directions

  1. Season ground beef, smash and chop on flat top.
  2. Warm caramelized onions.
  3. Cook fries to manufacturer’s specifications.
  4. Top fries with American cheese slices. Add hot cooked beef, and onions over cheese to melt. Sauce with Idaho fry sauce and pickles.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Lamb Weston®â€¯Seasoned 3/8 Crinkle Cut Original Recipe Fries
  • 6 oz. beef, ground
  • 1 oz. onion, caramelized
  • 2 oz. Idaho Fry Sauce, (see recipe below)
  • 2 cheese slice(s), American
  • 1 oz. pickles dill, diced

Idaho Fry Sauce

Directions

  1. Blend and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Adjust salt or pickle brine as desired.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup pickle, brine
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
