Smash Burger Fries
Directions
- Season ground beef, smash and chop on flat top.
- Warm caramelized onions.
- Cook fries to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Top fries with American cheese slices. Add hot cooked beef, and onions over cheese to melt. Sauce with Idaho fry sauce and pickles.
Ingredients
- 6 oz. Lamb Weston®â€¯Seasoned 3/8 Crinkle Cut Original Recipe Fries
- 6 oz. beef, ground
- 1 oz. onion, caramelized
- 2 oz. Idaho Fry Sauce, (see recipe below)
- 2 cheese slice(s), American
- 1 oz. pickles dill, diced
Idaho Fry Sauce
Directions
- Blend and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Adjust salt or pickle brine as desired.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup pickle, brine
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. paprika
