Directions

  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Cover and keep chilled until service.

  • 2 1/2 tsp. coriander, seeds
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cumin, seeds 
  • 2/3 cup pepper(s), serrano
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 5 cups cilantro, fresh
  • 5 cups parsley, fresh
  • 2 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. peppercorns, black, ground
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup oil, olive, extra virgin
