Spring Sicilian Pizza


  1. Spread Bacio Sharp Provolone Blend on top of stretched Sicilian dough.
  2. Using the back of a spoon or a squirt bottle, evenly spread the pesto on top of the cheese. D
  3. istribute all other ingredients evenly over the surface of the pizza. Bake.
  4. Garnish with prosciutto and basil after removing from the oven.

  • 2 oz. kale
  • 2 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Asparagus, charred
  • 1 tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
  • 3 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), Baby
  • 3 oz. peas, spring
  • 2 oz. radish(es), roasted
  • 3-4 oz. Roma® Pesto Basil Sauce
  • 1 Roma® Pizza Dough, Sicilian-style
  • 2 oz. Roma® Prosciutto
