Steakhouse Style Burger


  1. Mix the bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic, 2 tsp. Flavor Smith Steak Sauce, and ketchup in a large bowl. Allow to chill overnight or for a few hours.
  2. Form 4 burger patties.
  3. Grill the burgers over a hot grill or cast iron skillet until they are the desired doneness or medium.
  4. Top the burgers with the thinly sliced white cheddar cheese and allow to melt.
  5. Place the burgers on the bun bottoms on plates. Top with the West Creek Crispy Onions. Drizzle each burger with the Flavor Smith Steak Sauce.
  6. Serve open-faced with the bun top on the side.


  • 2 tbsp. breadcrumbs, white
