Strawberry Arugula Salad


  1. In a medium bowl, mix the arugula, sliced strawberries, sliced hearts of palm, Village Garden sweet poppy seed dressing.
  2. Reserve a couple slices of strawberry and hearts of palm for garnish.
  3. Plate the salad and use the left over strawberry slices, hearts of palm and frosted walnuts to garnish.


  • 6 oz Peak Fresh Produce® Arugula, Baby
  • 2 oz Asian Pride Hearts of Palm
  • 3 oz Village Garden® Sweet Poppyseed Dressing
  • 3 oz Driscoll Strawberries
  • 2 oz Fisher Frosted Walnuts
