Surf & Turf Sliders


  1. Season Filet with salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook to desired temperature.
  2. Melt butter and place lobster in it to heat. Place buns on grill.
  3. Mix truffles with mayo to make a spread. Spread truffle aioli evenly over bun tops.
  4. Place 1 ounce mayo blend on each bottom bun.
  5. Slice filet and place on lettuce evenly over each bun. Place 1 ounce of lobster on filets. Place sandwiches on a rectangle platter and serve.


  • 5 oz. Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Filet(s), Mignon, sliced
  • 3 oz. Empire's Treasure® Lobster Meat
  • 3 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Mini
  • 3 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Arcadian Harvest Blend
  • 1/4 oz. truffles
  • 3 oz. West Creek® Mayonnaise
