Directions
- Season Filet with salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook to desired temperature.
- Melt butter and place lobster in it to heat. Place buns on grill.
- Mix truffles with mayo to make a spread. Spread truffle aioli evenly over bun tops.
- Place 1 ounce mayo blend on each bottom bun.
- Slice filet and place on lettuce evenly over each bun. Place 1 ounce of lobster on filets. Place sandwiches on a rectangle platter and serve.

- 5 oz. Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Filet(s), Mignon, sliced
- 3 oz. Empire's Treasure® Lobster Meat
- 3 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Mini
- 3 oz. Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Arcadian Harvest Blend
- 1/4 oz. truffles
- 3 oz. West Creek® Mayonnaise
