Sweet Encore® Key Lime Milkshake


  1. Place coconut in nonstick sauté pan over medium heat and lightly toast stirring for one to two minutes.
  2. Slice lime into wedges.
  3. Combine rest of ingredients into large blender and blend to desired consistency.
  4. Divide mixture into 4 tall milkshake glasses and garnish top with toasted coconut and place wedge of fresh lime on rim. Top with whipped cream.


  • 4 ea. Sweet Encore® key lime pie deep dish
  • 1 tsp Magellan® Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 4 tsp Magellan® sweetened coconut flakes
  • 14 oz. Contigo® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 4 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
  • 1 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Lime(s), cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 cups Nature's Best Dairy® Milk, Whole
  • whipped cream, optional
