Sweet Potato S'mores
Directions
- Cook sweet potatoes to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Place in desired serving dish.
- Top with marshmallow fluff and toast with a hand torch until desired browning is achieved.
- Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with crushed crackers.

- 4 oz. Lamb Weston® Sweet Potatoes Mini Tater Puffs™
- 1/2 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 1/2 oz. chocolate sauce
- 1 tbsp. Graham cracker squares, crushed
