Tex Mex Green Chile Pizza


  1. Gently form and stretch pizza dough into a 10-inch circle using flour as needed to prevent from sticking.
  2. Place stretched dough onto a pizza screen brushed with 1/2 Tablespoon(s) of olive oil; brush the remaining olive oil evenly across the top of the dough.
  3. Ladle the sauce onto the pizza leaving a 1/2-inch border around the outside.
  4. Top with cheese blend, beef crumbles, and pepperoni. Cook in the impinger for 5 minutes at 550° F.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the impinger and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with tajin seasoning and cilantro studded cotija cheese.


  • 10 oz pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp oil, olive
  • flour, all-purpose , as needed to prevent sticking
  • 1/2 cup green chile marinara
  • 1 cup Oaxacan Cheese Blend
  • 1/4 cup BURKE® Mexican-Style Beef Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tajin Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro Studded Cotija Cheese
