The Cheese-Saucy-Burger

Directions

  1. Create the cheese fondue by adding the cheese sauce and milk in a small pot and heating up till warm.
  2. Season the burger patty with salt and pepper. Grill burger until desired doneness.
  3. Assemble the burger by layering the bottom bun with lettuce, followed by the burger, caramelized red onion, and top bun. Cut in half.
  4. Serve atop a large pool of cheese fondue sauce.

  • 1/2 cup CHEF-MATE® Basic Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • (1) 8 oz. burger patties
  • 2 tbsp. red onion, caramelized
  • 1 piece Butter lettuce
  • 1 ea. brioche buns
  • salt and pepper, to taste
