Tuesday Taco Pizza


  1. Gently form and stretch pizza dough into a 10-inch circle using flour as needed to prevent from sticking.
  2. Place stretched dough onto a pizza screen brushed with 1/2 Tablespoon(s) of olive oil; brush the remaining olive oil evenly across the top of the dough.
  3. Ladle the sauce onto the pizza leaving a 1/2-inch border around the outside. Top with cheese blend and salsa verde crumbles.
  4. Cook in the impinger for 5 minutes at 550° F.
  5. Once cooked, remove from the impinger and allow to rest for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Finish with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of chipotle sour cream.


  • 10 oz. pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp oil, olive
  • 1/2 cup marinara , taco seasoned
  • 1 cup Taco pizza cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup Burke® Cooked Sausage with Salsa Verde-Style Seasonings
  • 1 cup Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup tomato(es), Roma, small dice
  • 2 tbsp sour cream, chipotle
