Turkey Adobo Bowl
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix tomato paste, olive oil, vinegar, Adobo seasoning, add in the turkey and stir to coat.
- In a serving dish, layer the rice, corn, black beans, turkey and top with cubed avocado and cilantro.
Ingredients
- 3 oz. Butterball® Roast & Serve Skin-On Turkey Breast
- 1 tbsp. tomato, paste, (could use low sodium)
- 1 tsp. oil, olive
- 1 tsp. vinegar, red wine
- 1/2 tsp. adobo seasoning
- 1/2 cup rice, brown, cooked
- 1/2 cup beans, black, drained/rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup avocado, cubed
- 1 tsp. cilantro, fresh, chopped
