Turkey Adobo Bowl

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix tomato paste, olive oil, vinegar, Adobo seasoning, add in the turkey and stir to coat.
  2. In a serving dish, layer the rice, corn, black beans, turkey and top with cubed avocado and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Butterball® Roast & Serve Skin-On Turkey Breast
  • 1 tbsp. tomato, paste, (could use low sodium)
  • 1 tsp. oil, olive
  • 1 tsp. vinegar, red wine
  • 1/2 tsp. adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 cup rice, brown, cooked
  • 1/2 cup beans, black, drained/rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup avocado, cubed
  • 1 tsp. cilantro, fresh, chopped
