Citrus-Herb Turkey Ciabatta Sandwich
Directions
- Prepare the Roast & Serve Skin on Turkey Breast in the oven.
- Spread lemon basil aioli on both sides of the ciabatta roll.
- Layer arugula on the roll and fan the thick cut turkey.
- Spoon on tomatoes and close.
Ingredients
- 1 roll(s), ciabatta, split
- 4 to 6 oz. Butterball® Roast & Serve Skin-On Turkey Breast
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 2 to 3 tbsp. Lemon Basil Aioli, (see recipe below)
- 1/4 cup Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, drained (see recipe below)
Lemon Basil Aioli
Directions
- Whisk ingredients together and chill for 30 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 packed cup basil, finely chopped
- 1 lemon(s), zest only (+2 tbsp. lemon juice)
- 1 garlic, clove(s)
- 1 tbsp. oil, olive, extra virgin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Directions
- Toss cherry tomatoes, olive oil, and salt. Roast at 400 °F for 12-15 minutes until blistered.
