Ultimate Grilled Cheese


  1. Grab two slices of your favorite bread. Spread Duke’s Mayo edge to edge on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place first slice of bread (mayo side down) into a cold pan.
  3. Add about 1/4 cup each of freshly shredded cheeses (Havarti and sharp cheddar pictured.)
  4. Place second piece of bread on top (mayo side up!) and don’t press the sandwich down.
  5. Transfer to stovetop, cook on both sides on the lowest setting until golden brown and crisp (usually between 5-7 minutes per side, depending on your range) Flipping only once ensures the crispiest result! If desired, serve garnished with fresh grated parmesan, chopped herbs, and flaky salt.
