Verde Sauce

Directions

  1. Place jalapeños, scallions, garlic, lime zest, ginger, cumin, salt and lime juice into pitcher of high-speed blender; pulse until combined.
  2. Add cilantro, parsley and Butter Sauce to blender container; blend on high speed, using tamper to assist in blending, 10 seconds or until bright green and fluffy. Do not over blend.
  3. Hold cold for service.

  • 3 jalapeño(s), seeded, stemmed
  • 1/2 cup scallions, roughly chopped
  • 6 large garlic, clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 tbsp. ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp. cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 cups cilantro, fresh, stems and leaves
  • 4 cups parsley, fresh, curly leaf
  • (1) 32 oz. pouch Land O Lakes® Butter Sauce
