Directions
- To prep Corned Beef Brisket, follow heating instructions on brisket product label.
- After product is fully cooked (verified by meat thermometer), place brisket on a cutting board or large plate and allow to rest until mostly cool.
- Portion a section of the brisket for slicing, then run through slicer. Seal and refrigerate unused sliced corned beef.
- To prepare flatbread, preheat oven to 425F degrees.
- Place equal amounts of dressing, corned beef, pickles, onions, and cheese on top of the flatbreads. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

- 4 oz West Creek® corned beef, thinly sliced, fully cooked
- 1/4 cup West Creek® Dill Pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion(s), red, thinly sliced
