West Indie Jerk Chicken Wings


  1. Fry chicken wings to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds, drain and place in mixing bowl.
  2. Toss wings in 2 fl oz of Sweet Heat Wing Sauce and plate.
  3. Toss plantains in remaining Sweet Heat Wing Sauce, plate with wings and garnish with cilantro.


  • 6 chicken, wings
  • 3 fl oz Sweet Baby Ray’s® Sweet Heat Wing Sauce
  • 5 slices plantains, fried
  • 1 tsp cilantro, fresh
