Allegiance Pork Chop with Thai Peanut Sauce
Directions
- Season the pork chop with salt and pepper and sear on both sides. Place some of the Thai Peanut Sauce (recipe below) in a separate cup and brush both sides of the chop.
- Place in an oven and roast until an internal temperature of 145 F is reached.
- Pour some fresh sauce over top and heat for a minute in the oven. Serve garnished with Sriracha sauce and fresh cut scallions.

- to taste salt and pepper

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or with a hand blender.Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- to taste Sriracha
