Ascend® Pepper Jelly
Directions
- In a sauté pan over medium heat add butter, salt, black pepper, shishito peppers, and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and simmer until reduce by a third.
- Now add orange juice and red pepper flakes then simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Add half the sugar and parsley cook stirring until sugar in incorporated then add portion of sugar until mixture coats the back of a spoon.

- 1 cup Ascend® Juice, Orange 100%
- 1 tbsp Roma® Crushed Red Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup West Creek® Sugar, Granulated
- 1 tsp Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
- 2 tbsp shishito peppers, seeded and small diced
- 1/2 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Parsley, Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf, minced
