Asian Beef Skewers
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic and ginger.
- Cut flank steak across grain on a diagonal into 2-inch slices. Place slices in a 1 gallon plastic bag.
- Pour hoisin sauce mixture over slices, and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
- Thread steak on skewers.
- Grill 3 minutes per side or to desired temperature.

- 1/2 Cup(s) Asian Pride® Soy Sauce
- 3 lb(s). beef, flank steak(s)
- 2 Tbsp. ginger, root, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), chopped
- 4 Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Village Garden® Ranch Dressing, Village
