Asian Beef Skewers


  1. In a small bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic and ginger.
  2. Cut flank steak across grain on a diagonal into 2-inch slices. Place slices in a 1 gallon plastic bag.
  3. Pour hoisin sauce mixture over slices, and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  4. Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
  5. Thread steak on skewers.
  6. Grill 3 minutes per side or to desired temperature.
