Asian Chicken Salad


  1. In small bowl stir together mayonnaise, soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. In medium bowl toss together chicken, bell pepper and onions.
  3. Add mayonnaise mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Serve on salad wafers and sprinkle with pepper.

  • 1/2 tsp oil, sesame, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup pepper(s), green bell, (red, finely chopped)
  • - to taste Roma® Black Pepper, Ground, (coarsely ground)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce, (reduced-sodium)
  • 2 cups West Creek® Chicken, Breast(s), Boneless Skinless, (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbl West Creek® Mayonnaise
