Directions
- Pre-heat pizza oven.
- Place pizza crust on a pizza screen.
- Apply chimichurri sauce starting in the center and in a swirling motion move ladle towards edge of crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of sauce followed by flaked salmon.
- Add onion, peppers, olives, green onion, and pepper randomly.
- Now spot feta cheese around pie and brush the edges of the crust with olive oil. Bake pizza until done in chosen oven.

- 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
- 2 oz Bacio® Cheese Shredded, Mozzarella
- 3 oz Contigo® Chimichurri Sauce
- 1 14 in Ultimo!® Thin Crust, parbaked
- 2 oz Roma® Cheese, Feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
- 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
- 7 each Roma® Olives, Kalamata, pitted
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, caramelized
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® tri-color baby peppers, thinly sliced
- 4 oz Bay Winds® Salmon, King Chinook, roasted and flaked
