Atlantic Pie


  1. Pre-heat pizza oven.
  2. Place pizza crust on a pizza screen.
  3. Apply chimichurri sauce starting in the center and in a swirling motion move ladle towards edge of crust.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top of sauce followed by flaked salmon.
  5. Add onion, peppers, olives, green onion, and pepper randomly.
  6. Now spot feta cheese around pie and brush the edges of the crust with olive oil. Bake pizza until done in chosen oven.


  • 1/8 tsp Roma® Black Pepper, Ground
  • 2 oz Bacio® Cheese Shredded, Mozzarella
  • 3 oz Contigo® Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 14 in Ultimo!® Thin Crust, parbaked
  • 2 oz Roma® Cheese, Feta, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive
  • 7 each Roma® Olives, Kalamata, pitted
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), White, caramelized
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® tri-color baby peppers, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Bay Winds® Salmon, King Chinook, roasted and flaked
