Avocado Tostadas


  1. Heat the oil in a pan to 350 degrees. Fry the corn tortillas until crisp – place them on a paper towel.
  2. In a steel bowl mix together 1 Tbs of Kraft Deluxe mayonnaise, a pinch of salt, the gochujang and sesame oil. Add the avocado and cherry tomatoes and mix until well coated. Place on top of the fried tortillas.
  3. Whisk together the remaining 2 TBS of Kraft Deluxe mayonnaise and the sriracha. Drizzle over the avocado mixture and garnish with the sliced scallion and sesame seeds.


  • 2 6 in. Corn Tortillas
  • pinch Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup oil, vegetable, (or canola oil)
  • 3 oz. avocado
  • 1 oz. tomato(es), diced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp Kraft® Deluxe Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Gochujang
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 2 stalks scallions, sliced thin
