Bananas Foster with Vanilla Ice Cream


  1. Melt sugar and butter together over medium heat in a sauté pan. Cook stirring until sugar has completed melted and no granules are present.
  2. Pour rum into pan and add cinnamon along with bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes then serve over ice cream.


  • 4 ea Nature's Best Dairy® Ice Cream, Vanilla
  • 4 ea Peak Fresh Produce® Banana(s), bright yellow, peeled, and cut into lengthwise quarters
  • 1 1/2 cup rum, dark
  • 1/4 lb Nature's Best Dairy® Butter, Unsalted
  • 1 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
  • 2 tbsp Roma® Cinnamon, Ground
