Beef Sesame Ginger Noodles


  1. Cook linguini until al dente, remove and shock to stop cooking process
  2. Drain linguini completely and combine with all other ingredients in bowl
  3. Toss until mixture is coated evenly Garnish and serve


  • 1/4 cup Magellen baby corn, chopped small
  • 1 8 oz beef shoulder, tender cooked to medium, sliced in half length wise and then thin on the bias
  • 1/2 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Carrot(s), shredded
  • 1/4 cup edamame
  • 1 tsp Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, minced
  • 8 oz Piancone Linguini
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 oz Village Garden® Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette
