Beer Cooked Bratwurst


  1. Heat the oil in a sauté pan over a medium low heat. Add the bratwurst and cook until golden brown.
  2. Remove, add the butter and onions and sauté until onions are golden brown. Add the brats back to the pan and toss with the onions.
  3. Add the beer to the pan, and cook gently for about 10 minutes, or until the beer has cooked away.
  4. Serve the brats in a crusty roll with the Ken's Signature Brewpub Style Mustard Sauce on top.


  • 4 links bratwurst
  • 2 tsp oil, olive
  • 3 cups onion(s), thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 4 ea. Crusty bread rolls
  • 8 fl. oz. Ken's® Signature Brewpub Style Mustard Sauce
