Belgian Banana Foster Waffle


  1. Warm waffles and reserve.
  2. In a sauté pan over medium heat add butter and brown sugar. Cook stirring until combined.
  3. Add rum and simmer for 1-2 minutes to burn off alcohol. Now add bananas and cinnamon then serve over waffles.


  • 4 Heritage Ovens® Belgian waffles
  • 2 Peak Fresh Produce® Banana(s), peeled, sliced and quartered
  • 1 tsp Magellan® ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup West Creek® Sugar, Brown
  • 1/2 cup rum, dark
