Black and Blue Salad


  1. Season steak with blackening season and cook until done to correct temperature, then slice.
  2. Place wedge on center of plate and drizzle with dressing.
  3. Fan out sliced meat around wedge then garnish with bacon, tomatoes and cucumber.


  • 1 tbsp. blackening seasoning
  • 1 Braveheart® Black Angus Beef Steak(s), Sirloin Fillet, 4 oz.
  • 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Cucumber(s), peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Iceberg , cored and cut into a wedge
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Grape, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Ridgecrest® Bacon, Applewood Slice(s), cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roma® Cheese Crumbles, Blue
  • 1/4 cup tomato(es), grape, golden, sliced
  • 3 oz. Village Garden® Cobblestone Bleu Cheese Dressing
