Blackened Tuna and Gruyere Melt


  1. Drizzle olive oil on english muffins. 
  2. Layer tomato slices on bottom half of muffin. Sprinkle oregano on top. 
  3. Top with tuna slices and gruyere cheese and melt under salamander.
  4. Top with other side of english muffin and serve.


  • 2 Heritage Ovens® English Muffin(s), sliced and toasted
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano, fresh, minced
  • 8 Peak Fresh Produce® Tomato(es), Cherry, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 2 tuna, steak(s), 4-ounce, frozen, blackened and sliced thin
  • 2 West Creek® Cheese, Gruyère, slices
