- Season the burger and cook.
- Toast the bun .
Toss the tomato, lettuce and bacon together with the dressing.
Place the BLT salad on bottom half of the bun. Place the burger on the salad. Top with beer cheese and bourbon ketchup. Top with bun and serve.
