Braveheart® Salisbury Steak Bites
Directions
- Heat oil to 350-degrees F. Cook Angus bites 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat and add mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in premade gravy and green onion then simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Top bites with mushroom gravy and serve in au gratin dish with mashed potatoes.

- for frying Brilliance® oil
- 2 tbsp Roma® Oil, Olive
- 1 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Mushroom(s), sliced
- 1 tsp Roma Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Green, chopped
- 2 cups West Creek® Brown Gravy Mix, prepared
- 2 cups West Creek® mashed potatoes, prepared
