Braveheart® Steak Bites with Epicureo and Parmesan


  1. Heat fryer oil to 350-degrees F. Cook Angus bites for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Place bites in au gratin dish then top with sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
  3. Heat in 375-degree convection oven for 6-7 minutes until cheese is melted and browned then serve.

  • for frying Brilliance® oil
  • 1/2 cup Piancone® Epicureo marinara with basil
  • 1/2 cup Bacio® mozzarella and provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, grated
