Braveheart® Steak Bites with Epicureo and Parmesan
Directions
- Heat fryer oil to 350-degrees F. Cook Angus bites for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Place bites in au gratin dish then top with sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Heat in 375-degree convection oven for 6-7 minutes until cheese is melted and browned then serve.

- 6 Braveheart® Angus Steak Bites
- for frying Brilliance® oil
- 1/2 cup Piancone® Epicureo marinara with basil
- 1/2 cup Bacio® mozzarella and provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Roma® Cheese, Parmesan, grated
