Burger Sliders with Bistro Sauce


  1. Toast rolls.
  2. Season beef patties with salt and pepper and grill patties to desired doneness.
  3. Remove from grill.
  4. Build slider in the following order: bottom half of roll, lettuce, tomato, patty, Bistro Sauce, onion, and top half of roll.


  • 3 beef, patties, 2 oz each
  • 3 Heritage Ovens® Bun(s), Slider
  • 6 tbsp Ken's® Bistro Sauce
  • 3 pieces Peak Fresh Produce® Lettuce, Green Leaf
  • 3 slices Peak Fresh Produce® Onion(s), Red
