Burrata Salad


  1. Wash tomatoes and basil well
  2. Toss tomatoes in mixing bowl with chopped garlic
  3. Arrange cherry tomato-garlic mixture on serving plate, season with salt and pepper
  4. Place burrata balls on tomato mixture
  5. Tear basil leaves and sprinkle over tomato and cheese
  6. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and EVOO. Sprinkle with additional sea salt and a little fresh cracked pepper


  • 1 1/2 pt heirloom tomatoes cherry
  • 1 Peak Fresh Produce® Garlic, Clove(s), peeled, chopped
  • 4 Piancone Cheese Burrata Rounds
  • 1/4 cup Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
  • 2 tbsp Piancone® Vinegar, Balsamic
  • 2 tbsp Roma® extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt, sea
  • to taste Roma® Black Pepper, Cracked
