Caprese Burger Slider


  1. Season patty with Montreal Seasoning. Cook on oiled griddle.
  2. Drizzle olive oil on roll then toast and plate.
  3. Grill tomatoes for 1 minute then place atop cooked patty and follow with mozzarella cheese. Allow to melt, then top with basil leaf. Put on bun and serve.

  • 1/2 tsp McCormick® Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 4 leaves Peak Fresh Produce® Basil
  • 1 tbsp Piancone® Oil, Olive, Extra Virgin
  • 4 roll(s), focaccia, mini
  • 4 slices Roma® Cheese, Mozzarella
  • 4 slices tomato(es)
