Char Siu Lettuce Wraps


  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing together the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic and five spice powder.
  2. Cut the pork tenderloin into 6 ounce portions and pour the marinade over the pork to cover. Marinate under refrigeration for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Prepare the yum yum sauce by mixing together the ketchup, mayonnaise, sriracha and rice vinegar and hold for service.
  4. As needed, grill or sauté the pork tenderloin portions over medium heat until the internal temperature reaches 145 F.
  5. Thinly slice the cooked pork and serve on a sharable platter with the yum yum sauce, pickled red onions and pickle chips.

  • 3 tbsp sugar, brown
  • 3/4 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 cup Heinz® Bread & Butter Pickle Chips
  • 1 cup onions, red, pickled
  • 1 1/2 lb Pork tenderloin
  • 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, (for Yum Yum Sauce)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar, (for marinade)
