Chianti Basil Italian Antipasto
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a large container.
- Pour Piancone Chianti Basil Vinaigrette over entire blend of ingredients.
- Gently stir and blend all ingredients with the Vinaigrette.
- Cover, Chill, and allow to marinate for 8-10 hours
o For best results, marinate overnight.
- Drain before serving, removing marinated items from original container and placing into selected serving dish.

- 10 oz olive(s), black , medium, pitted
- 8 Carrots, sliced, (rinsed, peeled, bias cut, into ¼ inch thick slices)
- 1 lb cheese, cheddar , cubed (half to one inch)
- 1 lb cheese, colby, cubed (half to one inch)
- 10 oz olive(s), green
- 12 oz ham, cubed (half to one inch)
- 12 oz mushroom(s), whole (rinsed and cut into bite size pieces)
- 10 oz pepperoncini
- 12 oz pepperoni , sliced
- 1 lb cheese, Swiss, cubed (half to one inch)
- 6 tomato(es), Roma, ends removed, cut into quarters
- 12 oz turkey, cubed (half to one inch)
