Chianti Basil Italian Antipasto


  1. Place all ingredients into a large container.
  2. Pour Piancone Chianti Basil Vinaigrette over entire blend of ingredients.
  3. Gently stir and blend all ingredients with the Vinaigrette.
  4. Cover, Chill, and allow to marinate for 8-10 hours o For best results, marinate overnight.
  5. Drain before serving, removing marinated items from original container and placing into selected serving dish.


  • 10 oz olive(s), black , medium, pitted
  • 8 Carrots, sliced, (rinsed, peeled, bias cut, into ¼ inch thick slices)
  • 1 lb cheese, cheddar , cubed (half to one inch)
  • 1 lb cheese, colby, cubed (half to one inch)
  • 10 oz olive(s), green
  • 12 oz ham, cubed (half to one inch)
  • 12 oz mushroom(s), whole (rinsed and cut into bite size pieces)
  • 10 oz pepperoncini
  • 12 oz pepperoni , sliced
  • 1 lb cheese, Swiss, cubed (half to one inch)
  • 6 tomato(es), Roma, ends removed, cut into quarters
  • 12 oz turkey, cubed (half to one inch)
